Refund policy

 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof or if you ship the product back to us in new condition.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR ITEM AS BEEN DELIVERED.

We accept items for exchange if you would like to change sizes. Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, and no odor. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value or refund you. 

Santana Vercetti will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
